Cast Away believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
Order Cancellations
- • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 6–8 days of placing the order.
- • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated.
- • Non-cancellable items: Cast Away does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
Refunds & Replacements
- • Refund/replacement can be requested if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- • In case of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team.
- - The request will be entertained once the merchant/vendor has checked and confirmed the issue.
- - This should be reported within 6–8 days of receipt of the products.
- • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or not as per your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within 6–8 days of receiving the product.
- - The Customer Service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Refund Timelines
In case of refunds approved by Cast Away, it will take 6–8 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
